American Airlines: The worst customer service...
Yesterday I intended to travel from Bradley Airport to Puerto Rico, flight 1377.
I came with my 2 kids, 5 and 3 years old. We check in our luggage and the person in the check-in desk, AFTER CHARGING US $20 FOR EACH SUITCASE, told us we were on time. She also volunteer a piece of info vital to this experience: they oversold the trip by 7 seats.
Anyway, as usual, we got delayed at the TSA entrance...
